My nutrition or personal care product arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 30 days of receipt by calling 866-866-4744 or by contacting your Herbalife Independent Distributor.
Herbalife will cover the cost of shipping the damaged or defective product back, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.
What if my return package is lost or stolen?
Herbalife is not responsible for lost or stolen packages containing returns. We strongly recommend using shipping methods that include tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation.
How long does it take to process returns, exchanges and refunds?
Most returns and exchanges are processed within 7 to 10 days from the time Herbalife receives the returned or exchanged item.
