Damaged or Defective Products

If your nutrition or personal care product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 30 days of receipt by contacting your Herbalife Independent Distributor or Herbalife Customer Service at 866-866-4744.

Herbalife covers the cost of returning damaged or defective products, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement product.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receipt in accordance with Herbalife’s returns policy. Most returns and exchanges are processed within 7 to 10 days after the returned item is received by Herbalife.
